MUSIC IS AN OUTBURST OF THE SOUL.
DJ Mr C was born and raised in Chicago (IL) and currently resides in Baltimore (MD). Having grown up in the birthplace of house music he was inspired by some of Chicago's House Music Pioneers Ron Hardy, Frankie Knuckles, Farley Jackmaster Funk, Lil Louis, Pharris Thomas, Steve Silk Hurley, Terry Hunter Mike Dunn, Andre Hatchet, Wayne Williams and so many more. He began Djing at 16 years old performing at house parties and school dances.
His love of music continues today through playing all genres of music from R&B, Hip Hop, Old School, Dancehall, Soulful Line Dance, UK Grime & Afrobeats, to his passion of Electronic Music, Classic Chicago House, House, Soulful House, Gospel House, Techno, Tech House, and Deep House. He uses carefully chosen tracks during his musical performances to create a connection with his audiences. He has performed at corporate events, parties, and line dance events. DJ Mr C is currently working in the studio on music production.
